Chasen Brown

Chasen Cash Brown not only has the coolest name around, but he also lives up to that name! He is originally from Panama City Beach but moved to Mississippi in 2014. Since then, Chasen has flipped and sold multiple homes of his own, excelled in business management, and become quite the entrepreneur! Chasen loves real estate because it gives him a little more freedom to spend time with loved ones. He got into real estate because he has worked personally with many agents throughout his own home selling/purchases. Some of the agents were good and some were bad. The bad agents made the process for him very stressful and the good agents made it very fun and easy. Chasen believes a real estate agents job is to make the process easy, fun, and rewarding and that is what he wants to be for his clients! His advice to someone considering real estate: Don’t wait! It’s never too late to start the process to know how to get there! It takes a while to obtain your license so start the process as soon as you can. If you aren’t someone that gets out often to meet people then you need to do that now! Get to know as many people in your area as possible because they are the ones that will help grow your business! Lastly, find a brokerage that is going to help train and develop you! Outside of real estate, Chasen spends the majority of his time with his two dogs Sophia, and Jolene. He also enjoys entertaining friends by cooking on his smoker and making crafty cocktails!
